Shangdong Huayan Metallurgy and Construction Material Co.,Ltd.Was
established in 1966 and is a member unit of China Refractory
Material Association.Huayan Company has been granted various
honorary titles by relevant administrations and authorities
such as Local Backbone Enterprise by Metallurgy Ministry of
China,Advanced Enetrprise by Provincial Administration of Metallurgy
Industry,Enterprise with Good Faith of Super Level,Contract
Abiding Enterprise on Provincial Level and so on.In March 2003,our
company gained self-support import and export rights approved
by Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Committee of Shandong
Province.The total area and floor space or our company are 66,610m2
and 16,738m2 respectively.For the past forty years,our company
has obtained a lot of experience in manufacturing refractory
material.In 2001,our company has successfully passed the Quality
Management System Authentication of ISO9001:200.A sound quality
guarantee system has been established.We have a strong team
in techology,advanced equipment,a complete system of processing
technology,and a complete set of inspection equipment and and
apparatus.Our company has built advanced production lines manufacfuring
clay brick,high alumina brick,aluminium phosphate wearproof
brick,1.4-1.3 light weight heat-preserving brick,unshaped reractory.We
have also installed 9 pressing ma-chines of 300tons,400tons
and 630tons.In 2002,we established a gas station and corresponding
95-meter tunnel kiln.In 2003,three high temperature gas shuttle
kilns and the second baking production line were built.Therefore,the
annual output has reached 26 thousand tons.
Our main products include:clay brick,high alumina firebrick,aluminium
phosphate abrasive brick,light-weight clay brick,high strength
micro-bead heat-insulating brick, high aluimina superlight heat-insulating
brick,high-weight and low-weight acid-resistant brick,perlite
insulating brick,alumina-silicae refractory cellucotton and
the products made of this meterial,high temperature abrasive
clay,acid-base high temperature adhesive,sic brown fused alumina
abrasive casting material,unshaped refractory etc.Our company
is the earliest professional factory to manufacture accessory
products for 35tons-240tons ciculating fluidized bed boiler.Meanwhile,Huayan
Company is also a professional factory to manufacture the refractory
material and lift-slab which can be used in gangue tunnel kiln.Zizhi
brand clay firebrick has been awarded the title of Excellent
Product of Shandong Province and high strength micro-bead insulating
brick has been granted the Award of Scientific and Technological
Achievement of Zibo City.Our company has supplied our products
to customers from large and medium-sized power plants,chemical
industry,steel industry and construction material industry.Our
products have sold well to more than 20 provinces,municipalities
and autonomous regions and have been exproted to Japan,ltaly,Indonesia,Mongolia
and so on.
Huayan Company is located at Zichuan District of Zibo City,whith
is famous for the ancient short-story master Pu Songling and
for its strong refractory manufacturing industry in modern times.This
area is abundant in resources and has a convenient transportation
system.Very close to our company is Binzhou-Boshan Expressway
which is connected to Jinan-Qingdao Expressway.Westward and
eastward,,Jinan International Airport and Qingdao Prot are just
80 and 340 kilometers away respectivel,which well facilitates
